Privacy Policy
Last updated: placeholder
This is a placeholder page. The final Privacy Policy is drafted under legal review and published before Ryve accepts its first real patient. This summary describes current posture so the product can reference a disclosure page today.
What Ryve stores
Name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and any health records you upload. Health records are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2. Your data belongs to you; you can download everything we hold or delete your account at any time.
Who sees your health records
Only doctors you explicitly share with. A record is marked shared the moment you generate a share link for a specific doctor. Doctors cannot browse or search patient records.
Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics. Ryve runs PostHog in localStorage-only (cookie-free) mode. We track events like signup completion, check-in success, and scan completion so we can improve the product. We do not track identity across devices and we never sell analytics data.
Your rights under DPDP
- Download everything Ryve holds on you as a JSON file.
- See the list of doctors who hold a snapshot of your data.
- Request that any specific doctor delete or anonymise the snapshot they hold. Doctor responses are tracked and surfaced back to you.
- Delete your entire Ryve account. Patient-authored data is removed immediately; doctor-held snapshots are requested to delete per the above.
